What we do
When you call the number on this site, your call is answered, day or night. They ask a few questions about what you're seeing, where you are and how urgent it is, then connect you with an independent local plumbing professional who works on slab leaks in the 87002 area. That professional comes out, finds the leak and does the work.
We don't send our own crews and we don't do the plumbing ourselves. Our job is to make the first step easy: one number, answered at any hour, that gets you to someone who knows this particular kind of problem.
Why only slab leaks
Most plumbing websites try to cover everything from drains to water heaters. This one doesn't. Leaks under concrete need a specific approach: find the exact spot first, then choose between a spot repair, a reroute or a repipe based on the house and its history. Keeping the focus narrow means the information here is about that problem and nothing else, and the pros you reach are used to it.
It also means we'll tell you when something isn't a slab leak. A running toilet, a dripping outdoor tap or a leak in a manufactured home's crawl space is a different job, and you'll hear that on the phone.
Who the technicians are
The people who come to your home are independent local plumbing professionals, not employees of this site. They work on homes across Belen, the neighbouring city of Rio Communities and the rural land around both, and they know how the different kinds of houses here were built, from older adobe near the historic centre to the slab streets built from the 1970s onward.
Each professional runs their own business and is responsible for their own work. When they're at your house, they'll explain what they found, what your options are and what each one costs.
What happens on a call
- You call, and the call is answered day or night.
- They ask what you've noticed and where you are.
- A local pro is dispatched, same day where a slot is available.
- The pro locates the leak and explains the options.
- You hear an upfront price before any work begins.
What you can count on
- Calls answered 24/7. Day or night, with no form to fill in.
- Same-day and emergency dispatch where available. It depends on the time and the schedule, and you'll be told honestly.
- Upfront pricing. The price is explained before work begins, with no hidden fees.
- Warranty questions answered by the provider. Ask the independent provider about any warranty or guarantee and its terms before work begins.
- Straight answers. If a smaller fix will do, or it isn't a slab leak at all, you'll hear that.
What we don't cover
Because this service is about leaks in water lines under slabs, some related problems are outside it. Foundation repair and structural work, mold remediation, water-damage drying and restoration, pool leaks and irrigation leaks all need their own specialists. If a sewer line under the slab is the problem, that's a separate kind of job too, and you'll be told so.
When a professional finds one of these during a visit, they'll explain what they saw so you know which trade to call next. They won't repair finished flooring either; once the pipe and concrete are fixed, tile, wood and carpet are work for a flooring installer.
How this site is paid for
This is a referral service. We may be paid for connecting your call with a professional. You're never obliged to go ahead with any work you're quoted for. Our disclosure page explains this in more detail.
